We are down to three volunteer positions available to help
support the Gainesville Cycling Festival.
Jim Wilson, who had been signed up to drive the pace car for
the Horse Farm Hundred, broke his leg. So that position is
available. We do have a navigator signed up, so you do not need to know
the course by heart.
We need someone with some knowledge of the roads in northern
Marion County to help put out
the directional signs on Sunday morning (Oct 2). You would start from Flemington Park at around 6:45 or earlier.
You would probably finish in time to do one of the Horse Farm Tours.
We have one job that does not require any work during the
actual weekend. The Caterer procures and transports food for the Aid
Meeting, SAG Meeting, and Packet Stuffing Party.
