I am planning on going to the game tomorrow, so I
want to get in a good ride before hand. I plan on leaving Boulware Springs
at 7:45 a.m. SHARP! The ride will follow the Horse Farm
Rush 55 course so this will be a 55 mile ride at Glider-type
speeds. Depending on the group we may stop near Flemington for a
break...or not. Aiming to average 19 mph.
If you are riding to Boulware Springs, please be
careful with the limited sun light at that time. Civil twilight is
supposed to occur at 7:03 a.m. and Sunrise at 7:27 a.m.

MEET: At the
Boulware Springs, Trailhead to the Gainesville/Hawthorne Trail
PARK: Go to the
second entrance. Park either in the paved spaces next to the Labor
Day picnic area, or in the gravel lot near the road.
TIME: Meet at
7:30 am, depart at 7:45 am SHARP!
DETAILS: Ride the RUSH 55 route, leaving from
Boulware Springs, heading toward Morningside, following the original route, and
returning on the Gainesville/Hawthorne Trail.
As usual helmets are required on all GCC rides. Call
