GCCMail: Crystal River Duathlon Invite -- November 20

All ages and abilities are invited to join me for the 2-10-2 duathlon in Crystal River next month.   This is a FUN event that welcomes relay teams (2 members) and individual participants.  I'll be there and welcome anyone from GCC to come along.  See the details and web site below for registration information or visit www.trifind.com . 

 

With only 25-30 participants, nearly everyone goes home with a medallion.   I watched from the side lines in September --- cheering LOTS OF NEWBIES across the finish line.    The November race will be a first for me too.
