The "Circles of Training" continue at the Progress Park loop. Don't let the threat of a little cold air deter you from attending our little winter training camp. Come on out and have some fun!

There was some talk about doing an alternate ride some Tuesdays or Thursdays that would take advantage of the wide bike lane on CR 121. I have done this ride and it is a very nice ride (very little traffic). We would ride out to Worthington springs and back. We will be discussing this at tonight's ride, if you can not attend and you participate in the rides please email me and I will put your 2 cents in.

I want to stress how important it is to have a Headlight and Taillight on this ride, please do not attend this ride if you do not have these items. This is not only for your safety but also for the safety of the group.

We will not have a ride on Thursday evening of this week (Thanksgiving)

I will probably be TOO fat to fit into my spandex shorts. Yes I love Turkey and all of the fixin's and I don't care what it does to my waistline.

Where:

Progress Park in Alachua

The progress park is located just outside of Alachua on 441. We park in the parking lot closest to 441 North-East corner.

Helmets are required on all GCC Rides. You will also need a headlight and a tail light for this ride. The nights have gotten a little chilly so arm and knee warmers are a plus.
