We'll have our usual off road ride
this Sunday, 9 am, at the San Felasco bike trailhead (off SR 441 just south of
Alachua). With the anticipated 436 calorie expenditure, my calculations
show you can then eat 3.5 gingerbread men, 1.3 chocolate chip cookies, 1 candy
cane, and a cup of fat free hot cocoa with a dollop of fat free whipped
cream. So LET'S RIDE!!!
