This is a front rim designed for a sew-up tire with a presta valve.  It has an alloy, Q/R hub, & it's made in Italy.  It's in good condition & appears to be true. I can sell it outright ($20) or trade it for a 700 rim or 27" clincher rim (front or back) of similar quality.
