President Bob arrives at 121 after passing through Santa
Fe
Saturday August 20 Strays
will ride 25-30 miles in the area north of Hague.
Meet at Velvet Yates home at 8 am for
an 8:15 departure.
Ride speed range 5 - 36 mph, varying with
terrain.
Average speed in recent times has typically
been approaching 14 mph,
This ride has a couple of moderate hills.
There will be a convenience store or rest room opportunity
about every 10 miles.
No pace lines, no wheel sucking, no racing, just a fun social ride.
Helmets are REQUIRED on all Strays rides,
mirrors recommended, headphones
forbidden.
Safety protocols are always observed on Strays
rides
New riders must read the following
before joining us:
Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy under the big oak tree in Velvets yard, and a
folding chair, if you like.

To get to Velvet's home:
Go north on 121 from the intersection of 441 for 6.6 miles to NW
156th Ave. (340). There is a flashing light at the intersection. Go right (east)
on 340 for about half a mile. The house is on the right at the top of the
hill just before the large oak tree. Park in the yard or driveway.
