GCCMail: Critical Mass

After re-reading Gary Wheeler's post regarding Critical Mass I fail to 
see that he is "extolling" their virtues.
He provides some facts about their size, their global span, and their 
advocacy of bicyclists rights, their intent to end the dominance of car 
culture.
Nothing in his post that I found encourages participation in Critical 
Mass or advocacy of their tactics. I found his post interesting and 
informative. I will read more about the issue and reserve judgment until 
then.
It escapes me how one members perspective on a controversial group might 
be interpreted by law enforcement as the GCC condoning law breaking.
As a club member I certainly don't feel I'm owed an apology. When it 
reaches a point where a member is no longer allowed to respectfully 
voice his perspective on this mailing list it will have lost its value 
to me.
