Double pace lines are LEGAL and maybe you ought to re read the Statute 
again!!!  or have someone translate the law for you.  I got news for you, 
until you put on the kind of miles on the road like me, you NOT a "real" 
cyclist, so maybe you should be the one to GET OFF the road.
