The weather forecast for Saturday morning has a low of 44-46
degrees, warming up to about 70 by mid-afternoon. Saturday night is not
supposed to be as cold, and it should warm up to a forecasted high of 78
degrees. Consequently, we will meet on Sunday morning, even though this means
that we can’t buy beer at the rest stop.
Meet in downtown Micanopy at 9am for a 9:15am departure on
Sunday for a ride of about 35 miles at about 17 mph. We will ride through
Evinston to the Boardman peninsula and then stop in McIntosh. We will go across
193rd St
to the zebra farm before coming up CR 329 to return to Micanopy.
Downtown Micanopy is a few blocks west of the flashing
yellow light on US 441 where CR 234 goes eastbound at the Pearl County Store.
