GCCMail: Sunday Sunrise Ride

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all who came out last Sunday - we had our biggest group this 
season!  We had a great ride.  We will do it all again this coming 
Sunday July 1st - meet at 6:50am at the Chevron for a 7am sharp 
departure.  We will ride 38 miles and average approximately 20 mph 
(meaning we often cruise on flats at 22mph).  We do regroup at all turns 
and at the top of hills.
