GCCMail: Sunrise Rides - WEDNESDAY and Sunday!

Hi Everyone,

Instead of our regular sunset ride on Wednesday - We will be having a 
Sunrise ride - Meet at the Chevron 6:50am for a 7am sharp departure this 
Wednesday.  40 Miles at a 20mph average (meaning 20-22mph cruising 
speed).  Just picture, you will be back by 9:15 and will be able to have 
an 'Independence day' beer in each hand by 9:30am!!  (or in my case a 
kid in each arm by 9:30am...).  Either way, start the day off right with 
some exercise. 

Also, Sunday July 8th, we will do our usual 7am sharp departure from the 
Chevron - 40 miles, 20mph average.....
Drop policy on both rides is - we regroup at turns and the top of 
hills......
