GCCMail: Sunday - Sunrise Ride - July 15th

Join us for our regular sunrise ride - Sunday July 15th, meet at 6:50am 
at the Chevron for a 7am sharp departure.  Count on 38 miles and an 
average speed of about 20mph (meaning we cruise on flats at 20-22mph). 

We have been getting great turnout for this ride, and have been having 
great rides!  (I counted 18 riders last week at one of the rides).  Just 
to review a few things about the ride:
-our drop policy is - we wait at turns for dropped riders.  We often get 
all scattered on the hills going north on 241, but do regroup at turns. 
-If you are leading the ride group - please respect our maximum speed of 
22mph, for at least the first 30 miles of the ride. 
-we are a casual group - if you are finding the pace a bit challenging, 
feel free to rotate off the front right away.  We always have plenty of 
those fast guys to do extra pulling!!
