GCCMail: sunrise ride
Hi Everyone -
SUNRISE RIDE - July 22nd, meet at 6:50am for a 7am sharp departure from
the Chevron. Count on approx 40 miles and an av speed of 20mph (meaning
we cruise at 20-22mph on flats).
Note - I will be up in Canada and thus not at the ride.....Could one of
the regulars please take the lead in terms of pacing etc..?? Thanks!
