I have decided to include all four packages for each tech level instead of the items that my efforts failed to match because of a small rounding difference that in my summary I felt weren’t enough of an issue. After some thought though I decided that all my work needs to to reviewed for accuracy.

There a 0.1 difference in the Volume between my work and the listed value in the T4 QSDS 1.5e Standard Sensor Systems Table on p. 10. The difference is caused by rounding of the AEMS and PEMS tons of displacement.
 
The next update will be the TL-10 Improved package which I’ll post on 4/26/15 about this time.
