For what little it may be worth, I just updated Rand to include those random human enclave tables that I posted yesterday. See https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/rpg-tools/files/GMTools/ and download "Rand (v0.93).zip". When you enter the program, select "Run Project" and then select "Human Enclave in Post-Singularity Campaign". When you name the output file, presumably you'll want to give it a .txt extension (remember to use msdos filename conventions--only eight letters for the filename and three for the extension). If all goes well, the output file will appear in the "output" directory. If you have any ideas for things to add to these tables, please let me know. The tables themselves are in data/jimv/AI.
