Any ship? Well, that would have to be the 2000-ton luxury yacht I
designed for 'The Second Scions' Society' adventure at TravCon last
year.  The County class.  (For which Mr Knapp kindly did some 3d
renders).  It's not been published yet, but I could send you the files
if that helps.  The deck plans look pretty good printed at A1 size
even though I did them myself in PowerPoint (so I'm sure they could be
streets better).  Technically the crew is about 50 not 6 but mostly
that was servants for the nobles.  Actual crew would probably be fine
with 6.  Though they might not be able to manage the upkeep of the
large garden deck, hydroponics or swimming pool! Not to mention
polishing the silverware. :-)

However, you could probably make a business case to the Count for
using it during times he doesn't need it (a good business case mark
you), and then he'd probably throw in at least some of the serving
staff as part of the package.

Of course, I've never worked out the economics of the thing.  That's
not really the point is it?!  The Count never troubles himself with
such things - he has people for that.
