Hi Owen,
I have 10 x 10sec Sloan i filter (700-850 nm) images taken with my 0.35-m between 00:52:39 and 00:54:35 on July 11.
They do not have the nucleus anywhere near saturated and also being imaged just in the near IR, the atmosphere is clearer and the seeing is better so I will share with folk a bit later.
Just been working on my unfiltered wide-field images, which will be a subject of a separate email.
Cheers,
Richard

Is anyone getting short exposures of the nucleus/coma to see what features might be there, and to compare with visual observations of that area? I guess everyone is focusing on the tail at the moment.
