Denis,

The comet is certainly very diffuse. Attached is a comparison between
20x60s images taken on Feb 22.92 and 25.93. On the 22nd the comet was
involved with some stars but it appeared to have a measurable
photocentre. Tonight there is still some brightening at the nominal
ephemeris position but it seems less prominent. The comet is very faint
though so I don't know whether this is evidence for a disintegration.
