Environmental Scientist Position. Blankinship & Associates, Inc. is an environmental consulting firm located in Davis, CA. We focus on serving clients in agriculture and water resources throughout California. We are seeking staff able to perform
the following:

Conduct field work involving water quality sampling and biological assessment

Collect and interpret data including herbicide efficacy, species presence, environmental fate, toxicology, soils, hydrology, geology and meteorology

Perform analysis and prepare written reports and maps
A strong background in vegetation management and biological assessments is highly desired. An understanding of water quality, production agriculture, entomology and pesticide chemistry is a plus. Undergraduate or graduate degree in plant science, ecology,
biology, environmental chemistry, environmental toxicology or a related discipline with 2-5 years’ experience preferred. Job requirements include a clean DMV record, strict attention to detail and a willingness and ability to learn and use new skills quickly.
An ability to be responsive to client needs and to be able to work within deadlines individually and as a team member is a must. Salary dependent on training/experience. Send your cover letter and resume to
