Hi Sandy,

Everyone is having trouble with Oxalis pes caprae. San Mateo County Parks received one of the grants from CDFA and is using it to perform experimental trials on Oxalis. I can ask Hannah Ormshaw if she wouldn’t mind discussing some options with you. Can I pass your contact information to her?

Subject: CalWeedTalk Oxalis pes caprae effects on shrubs?

HI all,

We have an area in a relatively sparse shrubland that Oxalis pes caprae, Bermuda buttercup, is invading. Shrubs like  Artemisia californica, CA sagebrush, appear to me to be resistant to oxalis’ allelopathic effects.

Does anyone know anything about above?

Thanks.

Sandy
