I am not aware of any studies showing that Oxalis pes-caprae is allelopathic, and I would be interested to know if there are any studies on this. O. pes-caprae seems to coexist
well with Artemisia cal. in Golden Gate NRA.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] CalWeedTalk Oxalis pes caprae effects on shrubs?
HI all,
We have an area in a relatively sparse shrubland that
Oxalis pes caprae, Bermuda buttercup, is invading. Shrubs like
Artemisia californica, CA sagebrush, appear to me to be resistant to oxalis’ allelopathic effects.
Does anyone know anything about above?
Thanks.
Sandy
