Under the supervision of the Environmental Program Manager for the Lands Program, the Fish and Wildlife Scientific Aid is responsible for assisting a Senior Environmental
Scientist (SES) with the review and processing of herbicide use requests for vegetation management activities on CDFW lands. Other important duties include assisting the Senior ES with field projects related to invasive weed management on CDFW-managed properties
statewide.
