Many of you probably used the resources provided by the Center for Invasive Species (formerly Invasive Plant) Management at Montana State University (www.weedcenter.org). I know I did. They made the famous plastic yellow starthistle bouquets that we handed to legislators at Day at the Capitol. Unfortunately, they closed this summer. Here’s the announcement from their website:

After 15 years as a successful western regional hub for invasive species expertise, and interagency project collaboration, the Center for Invasive Species Management closed its doors on June 30, 2015.

We thank the numerous partners, individuals, agencies, and organizations whose support enabled CISM to thrive for many years.

Please note that this website now serves as an archive of CISM's projects and resources. It is no longer updated or maintained.
