Where I live in Hidden Meadows, North San Diego County, I would list this off the charts for invasive mess- Every local fire(3 within a few miles of me & some further)shows mustard &/or fox tails-Just the economic damage from fires, fire control, prevention & damage due to it taking I've areas of native plants. Deteriorates the community too.
People still don't realize the danger it is & throw cigarettes & lighters into a patch of it. It keeps Caltrans & DPW busy here!
