Greetings Alliance Members and Partners!

2018 will mark just over one year since the beginning of the Alliance. A lot has happened since then and we've made a good headstart on our initial goals but there is still much to do. 2018 will be an even bigger year for us, adapting what we've learned in 2017, creating more public resources, and expanding our sites for tamarisk biocontrol.

We would like to encourage alliance stakeholders to start forming more self-sustained regional working groups to relieve travel burdens and also to ensure the life the alliance beyond the original grant funding. We will be discussing how to divide the regions and how to organize these working groups at the 2018 Alliance Meetings.

2018 Alliance Meetings

We thank you for your patience as we get things moving again this year. Due to a combination of natural disasters in our area, delayed travel for Tom and Nicole over the holiday season, and closed highways in our region, we are rescheduling the Alliance meetings for this year. As always, I will provide detailed meeting minutes for any who are unable to attend, thank you for your understanding.
