Dear All
Back in November I ordered a pair of O shoes (for a Christmas present) from Compass Point and the money (£119) left my account the following day, almost a month ago. Since then I have heard and received absolutely nothing. I’ve rung their number and left numerous messages and also e-mailed repeatedly but have had no response.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problems or has anyone any suggestions? Any advice is welcome because I’ve run out of ideas.
