All,

I attach the MDOC entries for the Compass Sport Cup at Breasty Haw and Bowkerstead near Satterthwaite in Cumbria. We have have very good numbers this year so thanks to all for the effort in advance.

The attached also shows the provisional start times I have allocated whilst trying to accommodate individual preferences. Please review this and let me know ASAP if I have made any errors or you wish to change details.

The important thing is no matter how bad your run is, you may still count, so make sure you complete your course and always double check the control codes! 

Good luck to everyone and I hope the travel is worth it. I am unfortunately not running this year as I am on holiday (unless Covid-19 travels to southern Italy).
