Dear MDOC  member,

I am writing this to you because I want to update the whole club membership about a pathway  for Juniors that began in January 2020......PLEASE READ ON .....for this to work everyone must be aware what needs to be done, we all have a role to play. 

For those of you that don't  know me I joined the committee in the autumn of 2019 with a responsibility  for Juniors. I had recently retired from a career  as a PE teacher in secondary schools in Cheshire. Whilst at Fallibroome Academy in Macclesfield  I introduced Orienteering, and the school has gone on to have success in local and national  events.

But.......I became concerned that the success  in schools did not translate to an increase in Junior  membership at MDOC. Please read the attached  document to see what was achieved in the first term January to Easter until lockdown!

I welcome feedback from all members....this is only just the beginning!
