Hi MDOC  members,

Thank you so much to those people who have replied already to my email about junior club development. I am extremely  grateful for the time and detail that you have put into your responses.

But....I still need to hear from more of you, there is so much experience out there, please remember we all had to start somewhere and somebody will have helped you in the beginning. 

Please take a few minutes to send me an email about what we should be doing for juniors, they are our future in the club. Please reply by June 22nd.
