Folks,

I hope everyone is aware of, and has checked out the Get Out & Go
beginner videos that we "launched" a few days ago.  Now there is even
more for your delectation - we have created a "Training Pack" to go with
the videos - basically, for each video, we've designed and explained a
course to go with it, to give practical experience of the ideas the
videos are trying to get across - and the courses are even MapRun-able
for the enthusiasts.

We chose Wythenshawe Park as a decent place to try out the concept, but
there's no reason not to do something similar in any beginner-friendly park.

Should any of you experts have any beginners in mind who you'd like to
get enthused, please try this stuff out ! (subject to relevant covid
