Dear members,

This is just a reminder to let me know by the end of this week (Friday)
whether you are able to help at the British Individual Sprint
Championships on Sunday 22nd August, with or without a run.

Entries are now open for the British Sprints weekend (Relays on
Saturday, Individuals on Sunday) so please let Tom Fellbaum know if you
wish to be in a relay team.
