As the planner, I need a few volunteers to help put out and take in
controls on the day. Julie Brook, the organiser, has also asked for
volunteers but is away until just before the event and I would like a
little more time to organise the control setting in particular. Please
could those who have already volunteered for this role (or are now
stepping forward) please let me know their availability and whether they
are also running so I can allocate controls accordingly.
