Dear MDOC member

Many thanks to those who have offered to help over the weekend. I hope you will be getting your entries in soon.

We have not had as many offers of help for the Monday event at Wythenshawe Park as we need. I wonder if some people don’t realise that it is a Bank Holiday so that we are hoping for a large number of competitors on this non-working day.
There are courses for less experienced runners, including a 2-part score course with the first part of Yellow standard and the second part harder.
But we are also putting on a 2-part Sprint especially for those who would like a good competitive run as a warm-down from the urban events over the weekend.

Please consider offering to help, to make the Monday as much of a success as the weekend is going to be.
