That is the last issue we received.  At one time, this publication arrived with regularity.  Around about 2001, it got to be like pulling teeth to get them to deliver anything.  IIRC, our rep at EBSCO told us that EBSCO had had to work through translators.    We had arranged to cancel anyway because we were tired of it.  IW

Hello!

Recently we received notice from EBSCO that they could not locate the publisher for The East (Higashi), ISSN 0012-8295.  We have now received a credit memo, where EBSCO states that the title has been "discontinued eff April 2009".

The last issue we received was Vol. 44, Issue 1 (May/June 2008).  We had been claiming this title for quite a long time.

Does anyone have any information on this?  Anyone receive any issues after Vol. 44, Issue 1?  Is anyone treating this title as a ceased title, or just suspended?  The OCLC record has not been closed.

Thanks,

Ken
