Tracey, are you having trouble getting the cost data for journals to show, or databases?  Our cost data does show up in the JR1 reports, but does not consistently show up in the DB1 consolidated report.  The explanation I got is that this is a known issue that happens because SerialsSolutions does not normalize database titles.  We would be happy to talk to you about our experience with the consolidated reports, although we are not one of the more experienced customers out there.
