Hi Sarah-

We have one record for print and a separate record for electronic in our ILS (Aleph).  Even if we receive electronic access from multiple vendors, we maintain one aggregator neutral bib-record and add multiple holdings to that one record.  Each holding then contains each different URL.  We also use Serial Solutions to track our titles and turn on the different “databases” where access is available.
