Hello. We were getting ready to send the 2009 issues of Sales and=20
Marketing Management (ISSN 0163-7517) to the bindery when we noticed=20
we do not have an issue #2. According to ebsconet, no issue #2 was=20
published. I also checked our full text sources, including Proquest=20
Research Library, but there is no issue #2. I can't figure anything=20
out by looking at the publisher's website, as there is no list of=20
issues or archives. How are you all handling this volume of this title?
