We use a local bindery company that offers fantastic service and reasonable rates. I’m sure that they would work with a library out of state.

The contact information is:

Evansville Bindery in Evansville, Indiana

Ask for Gary.

The Southern Library Bindery in Nashville has gone bankrupt.  They are referring many of their customers to National Binder in Roswell, GA.  Mike the former president of Southern is the Sales Rep for National in Tennessee.  I have been able to confirm this with actual newspaper information and some librarians have spoken to Mike and I have spoken with National.  Thanks again for those who responded to my first email.

There are 2 different bindery companies with similar names.

Southern Bindery is in Memphis.

Southern Library Bindery is in Nashville.

We use the Nashville bindery and haven’t heard anything about it going bankrupt. Their number is 1-800-637-3509.
