Hello Colleagues!

Our academic library on Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. recently received the 14^th ed. of Global Studies: Latin America (OCLC # 18367573).

Earlier editions are simply titled Global Studies: Latin America.

The 14^th ed. is titled Global Studies: Latin America and the Caribbean.

It has the same ISSN as earlier editions and the contents appear to be exactly the same.

OCLC # 18367573 has over 350 holdings and was replaced 20100819054237.3 .

There is no mention of this new title variance in the OCLC record.

Would this be considered a title change and require a new record ?

What is the recommended way to catalog this edition?
