Greetings from snow-piled-high Connecticut.  NRC has a proposal out there for a 1 time purchase for its backfiles.  Maybe that’s why older online files have gone away.

The Canadian science journals we get from NRC press
have shifted from the NRC platform to and alternate platform with less coverage
than the NRC platform...all this with no explanation from NRC.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?
