We too loan only to faculty, and I actually just had to determine the replacement cost of some issues.  I contacted the publisher & was able to get that information for some of them.  I checked back issue dealers on others, and on one the publisher only sold articles, individually, so I added up the cost of those.

Subject: [SERIALST] replcement cost of periodical issue

Do other libraries loan individual periodical issues? If so, how do you determine the replacement cost of a lost issue?

Thank you
