We have the same problem. We cancelled print subscription at the end of last year due to low usage. Online access used to be free – evidently now they put 12 months embargo on that.

Subject: [SERIALST] Journal of the National Medical Association access problem

Hello,

Are other medical libraries unable to access issues of the Journal of the National Medical Association? We can see 2011 issues listed but are being asked to buy them.  We cannot see any previous years.

My emails to them were received but no replies arrived.  I called several times before I even reached anyone.  She said they're having problems with their subscriber database.  How are others faring with this journal?
