Many thanks to all who replied regarding the New York Times Magazine.  I confirmed our subscription is good through 12/12, we haven't changed vendors and our issue is usually bundled with the paper, all good things to consider.

It appears that a few libraries have spotty delivery, but most are receiving this regularly.
It's time to get in touch with customer service
