Greetings Serialists!

My library has been conducting journal studies with academic departments for many years now with varied success. The feedback we get from unsuccessful studies usually has to do with complexity of survey instrument (a very large Excel spreadsheet), lack of time or inconvenient time to review the data, or just no response at all.

We have been re-vamping the instrument to make it simpler and faster to review.  It has been suggested that we look into putting the journal study into some form of an online/electronic format. So far we have considered something like Survey Monkey but can't quite wrap our heads around how to make that happen.  If you have experience, both good and bad, with online journal studies, please, please contact me!

Thanks very much,
Leigh Ann DePope
