The 23rd North Carolina Serials Conference, hosted by North Carolina Central University's School of Library and Information Sciences, will be held on March 14, 2014 at The William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education in Chapel Hill, NC.
The 2014 conference theme is "Measuring Value – Redefining Your Impact."
