I’m at a state university in CT—all four libraries in our system are using WT COX.  We are very happy with their customer service, their pricing and their products.  Very responsive, knowledgeable and willing to do the research if there’s’ a question or problem they don’t have an answer to.  Great company!

It sounds like public libraries rave about WT Cox for their public library serials management—but what about for academic libraries?  I’d love to hear from a university librarian about their recent experience—especially any state universities!
