One other thing to evaluate before weeding journals in JSTOR is the images contained within.  We have many JSTOR collections but are keeping all journals which are visually-based and composed of multiple images/photographs/reproductions.  The newer scans are improving but the older images in JSTOR are often blurred or contain bleed-through from the back of the page.  Those in the visual arts often prefer the original image in the hard copy if the JSTOR scan is not as good quality.  We have removed most of our JSTOR titles which were only textually-based.
