Our institution has multiple Wiley accounts with IP addresses on each account.

Thank you Jenny.  You would think the IT folks at Wiley would say something about IP address.  We are paying Wiley to take care of us and fix the problem.

We seem to be having problems getting electronic access to our journals from Wiley.  It's been like this for a few weeks.  We have quite a few journals [online only].  We subscribe to these journals through our subscription vendor.

Our subscription vendor confirmed Wiley has been paid.  Wiley has our IP address.  Yet, no access.  First of all do any of you subscribe to the Wiley journals in electronic format only [not print + online].  Then how do you have access.  Do you register with Wiley?  Do you have access right away.
