Actually, Kira, the dots we used were the permanent type. The removable dots did not hold at all. So when we did need to remove them or open them later, we had to carefully cut them flush with the page edges, if we were keeping the issues for binding. I think they were Gaylord and came from  Demco.  Good luck!
